southwest of Andover to the southeast side of Andover. The initial
wind damage was to a farmstead, which had grain bins dented in and a
trailer tipped over. Just north of this farm area, a tree row 0.91
miles in length had extensive tree damage, including snapped
hardwood tree trunks and large branches, with the damage falling to
the north and northeast. The wind damage continued to the northeast
between this location and Andover, but the damage was sporadic and
largely confined to broken tree branches. In the southeast side
Andover, there were more hardwood and softwood tree damage,
including broken branches and two uprooted trees. On the east side
of Andover, there was damage to several metal building and bleachers
were flipped over. The metal building damage included pushed in
metal doors and walls, which led to portions of the metal roofs and
wood rafter pieces being removed from the structure. All of the
damage in this area was blown to the north and northeast.
